Who is eligible to enter the awards? The Awards are open to individuals, teams, and enterprises from the corporate, private, public service, education, non-profit, and community sectors worldwide, regardless of their size. In the new era of work, all enterprise, team, and talent structures are eligible to enter. Each award’s description specifies whether it is enterprise-wide, targeted to a specific group, or industry-specific, including industry subgroups. Vendors may enter with or on behalf of a client, with prior endorsement from the client. The vendor application needs to identify the client.

The term ‘project’ can refer to classes, courses, curriculum, deployments, developments, education, implementations,
initiatives, interventions, learnings, lessons, models, modules, programs, strategies, and trainings, etc.
Projects must have been implemented between 2021 and 2024. A project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group. Industry projects can be industry-wide or targeted to an industry subgroup.

The term ‘EdTech’ can refer to educational enterprises (e.g., an academy, business school, campus, college, education association, government agency, institute, nonprofit, RTO, university, etc.).

The term ‘talent’ can refer to a learner, employee, worker, instructor, coach, mentor, tutor, manager, leader, executive, educator, designer, technologist, specialist, consultant, expert, supervisor, owner, professional, staff, student, graduate, trainer, academic, teacher, lecturer, trainee, apprentice, etc.

Specific industries include:
(e.g., agriculture, architecture/buildings, automotive, aviation/aerospace, banking/finance, construction, defence (land/sea/air), education/training, emergency services, energy (electric/oil/gas/water), engineering (civil/industrial), environment/sustainability, gaming/entertainment, healthcare/wellbeing, hospitality (food/beverage), information/media, IT/telecom, manufacturing (heavy/light), maritime/fisheries (ports/shipping), medical (pharma/technology), mining/resources, policing/safety, retail/consumer, sport, tourism/recreation, transport/logistics, urban design (civic/public, etc.)

General criteria format guides in brackets are provided for each application and can be used in part or in full at the applicant’s discretion.
1. Present the project case (e.g., context, challenges, technicalities, learning/project outcomes, and participant/leadership expectations). 750 words maximum; score out of 15 points.
2. Detail the scope (e.g., design, development, resources, technology/innovation, and implementation plan). 750 words maximum; score out of 15 points.
3. Present a review (e.g., substantiation of the ROI impacts/business outcomes and participant/leadership feedback after project release). 750 words maximum; score out of 20 points.

Compliance Training

This award focuses on a compliance project an enterprise implemented to train and support talent development on laws, regulations, policies, and procedures that applied to their job tasks and responsibilities. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

Compliance Training (Indus. Spec.)

This award focuses on an ‘industry-specific’ compliance project an enterprise implemented to train and support talent development on laws, regulations, policies, and procedures that applied to their job tasks and company responsibilities. The project can be industry-wide or targeted to an industry subgroup.

Content Curation

This award focuses on a content curation project an enterprise implemented in which digital learning content has been aggregated from a variety of sources, analysed, structured, and then presented online in a systematised design. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

Customer Experience

This award focuses on a customer experience training project an enterprise implemented to deliver targeted outcomes on the brand’s promise and increase the effectiveness of customer service representatives. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

Environmental Education

This award focuses on an environmental training project an enterprise implemented to drive and support talent development (e.g., impact, management, awareness etc.). The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

Ethical Training

This award focuses on an ethical training project an enterprise implemented to drive and support talent development relating to conduct, trust, mutual respect, and alignment with professional and company standards, policies, and rules. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

Health & Safety

This award focuses on a health and safety training project an enterprise implemented that led to safe and health-oriented performances to drive and support talent development. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

Health & Safety (Indus. Spec.)

This award focuses on an ‘industry-specific’ health and safety training project an enterprise implemented leading to safe and health-oriented performances to drive and support talent development. The project can be industry-wide or targeted to an industry subgroup.

Hybrid Learning

Learning Transfer

This award focuses on a learning-transfer project an enterprise implemented so that transfer is reinforced and sustained at focused phases of the project to drive and support talent development. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

Mobile Learning

This award focuses on a mobile learning project an enterprise implemented that included content on (iOS/Android) portable devices such as handheld tools, tablets, smartphones etc. to drive and support talent development. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

Pandemic/Emergency

This award focuses on a training project an enterprise implemented to drive and support talent development in relation to a short/long-term emergency (e.g., pandemic, crisis, disaster settings etc.). People & Performance Training

This award focuses on a people and performance project an enterprise implemented to leverage learning and capability to train, motivate, improve, and support talent development. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

This award focuses on an EdTech online mentoring project and educational enterprise implemented that offers talent guidance and performance support to assist in educational outcomes. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

EdTech Mobile App

This award focuses on an EdTech mobile app (iOS and Android), an enterprise implemented as part of an eLearning project that gives access to content and structured training, offering online and offline capability to drive and support educational outcomes. The app can be a standalone platform or part of an LMS suite of tools. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to specific group.

EdTech MOOCs

This award focuses on an EdTech MOOCs project and educational enterprise implemented that can be either content-based, task-based, and/or network- based to drive and support educational outcomes. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.
