Crown Melbourne is a large complex.
Please allow 20-30mins for a comfortable walk to the event space when you arrive.

Crown Towers Hotel Entrance

• Take the guest elevators to level 1
• Walk past Silks Restaurant & Conservatory Restaurant
• Continue past the escalators
• The Palladium is on the left when you enter the function space.

Crown Complex Entrance

• Walk towards the large staircase
• Continue past the staircase on the left side
• Escalators are on the left (just past the staircase) which will take you to level 1
• Walk straight ahead into the function space as you leave the escalator
• The Palladium is on the left.

Crown Riverwalk Entrance

• Enter between Nobu and Spice Temple restaurants.
• Take the escalators on the right to level 1
• Walk straight ahead into the function space as you leave the escalator
• The Palladium is on the left.

Crown Staff and Security Officers are located throughout the complex.

Arrival time: 5:30pm for table ticket# pick up and pre-show drinks.
Show starts: Seated by 6:00pm for event opening and entrée service.
Show ends: 9:00pm

Collect table tickets from registration outside (Ballroom C), starting at 5:30pm.
In addition to drinks at the reception, the Awards Show Dinner will feature a three-course meal with waiter service at tables of ten. Guests will enjoy an entrée, main course, dessert and a choice of beverages, including sparkling/still wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.

The dress code for the LearnX Awards Show is Smart Casual as a minimum. You can also opt for evening/formal attire if you prefer. Professional photographs will be taken at the event, so please keep this in mind when selecting your outfit.

Don’t miss this chance to celebrate with colleagues, team members, and clients. Photos will be taken onstage during the presentation and at the Awards Show media wall. Selfies are encouraged.

At the end of the event, participating enterprises can collect a custom black winner’s bag. Inside, they will find framed certificates for each winning result.

Ice Crystal Glass with Alloy Base Trophies are available for purchase. Winners will receive an email notification shortly.
Trophies are custom designed with enterprise names and other details and will be shipped to your specific address.

Crown requires all guests to confirm that they are over 18 years of age for RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) requirements. Guests under 18 will not be served or permitted to consume alcohol. Dietary Requirements – as advised by Crown Melbourne. Crown will make every effort to cater for guests with the following dietary requirements at no extra charge (subject to compliance with notification period below): vegetarian, vegan, low gluten, lactose intolerant or allergies. Any other additional special meal requests will incur a 25% surcharge per person. Please note charges may also apply for religious requirements including but not limited to Kosher and Halal requests. Any dietary requests received after 12pm three (3) standard business days prior to the Event (Thursday 21st Nov) will be subject to a $30.00 per person surcharge which must be paid prior to the event. Additional special meals requested by guests on the day of or during the Event cannot be accommodated.

*Important notice – While Crown will endeavour to accommodate requests for meals for customers who have food allergies or intolerances, we cannot completely guarantee allergy-free meals due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients. Gluten free meals also cannot be guaranteed however requests for meals which are low gluten can be accommodated.
